Meet Nikola, Principal Solicitor/Director of ADC Legal

As an experienced commercial litigator, Nik’s areas of speciality cover commercial and consumer finance disputes, personal and corporate insolvency, secured and unsecured debt recovery and insurance disputes.

Having attained a Bachelor of Laws degree with Victoria University, Nik was admitted to practice in 2011 to the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia. Since this time Nik has practised widely across all jurisdictions and legal fields and acted for many clients including collection agents, insurers, motor vehicle financiers, trustees and liquidators, various SMEs involved in commercial disputes, banks and lending organisations. Nik was a solicitor at Pauline Madden Conveyancing & Legal prior to coming to ADC Legal in March of 2014 to take over the role of Principal Solicitor and Director.

Nik is acutely aware of the cost of litigation, and brings a commercial approach to all matters in which he is involved. He is also passionate about service delivery and considers it the most significant point of difference between legal service providers today. Nik aims to make ADC Legal an approachable and dependable practice for its clients.
