Meet Stav, Client and Operations Manager

Stav is an insurance professional with over 10 years of experience across all areas of claims.
Her experience ranges in insurance claims / recoveries across both personal and commercial lines, beginning with QBE in 2011, then IAG and recently, Innovation Group.
Part of Stav’s recent role was to review and implement best practice in recoveries for motor claims. She was able to utilise her knowledge and expertise when taking on the task of building and leading a new standalone recoveries team achieving outstanding results for clients and improving recovery rates.

Stav brings an extensive understanding and hands on experience from claims, recovery and operational perspective to ADC Legal.
