Bahar has experience across a range of matters, including disputes over properties and caveats, Debt Recovery, insolvency, employment, confiscation, and criminal law matters, and represents clients across various jurisdictions.

Bahar prides herself on being thorough and detail orientated, focusing on bringing a practical approach to legal matters.

Since starting with ADC Legal in early 2022, Bahar has advised on matters in respect of Commercial matters, Insurance disputes, corporate disputes, debt recovery, and breaches of contract

Bahar graduated with a Bachelor and an Honours degree in law from Monash University. She has completed her post-graduate study in Business and commercial law.

She graduated from the Melbourne College of Law in 2020 and was admitted to practice in 2021 to the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.
