Declan is a solicitor at ADC Legal.

Declan has prior experience in debt recovery as Team Captain at Debt Recoveries Australia for property damage insurance claims.

He also has experience in debt recovery relating to motor vehicle claims, as well as taxation debt recovery relating to both individuals and businesses.

His other experience involves assisting vulnerable clients on behalf of government department, and in matters involving consumer legal disputes.

Declan has a Juris Doctor from RMIT University, Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Monash University.
